The project originates from the juxtaposition and unification of two monochromatic geometric volumes, a logic designed to establish a public cultural landmark that integrates diverse functions.
This geometric framework of "horizontal center and vertical focus" constructs an isomorphic spatial organization: the white volume extends horizontally to carry cultural and artistic circulations, while the black volume rises vertically to provide comprehensive service support. Through the integration of a circular enclosure and a grand-staircase junction platform, the two entities interweave and permeate one another. A precise circulation design ensures that functional units of varying scales adhere to a consistent organizational principle, securing both the systematic nature of public services and a fluid spatial experience.
Here, the abstract formal organization engages in a dialogue with daily community life. Through the creation of interstitial voids and a functional commons, the design collectively shapes an open model of public life that is both a distinct urban icon and a vessel for humanistic care.
