The geometric logic of "One Core, One Chain, and One Belt" establishes an isomorphic system of spatial units: centered on a dendritic green-axis shopping park, it allows the CBD creative park, industrial heritage park, and diverse residential clusters to interweave and permeate one another. This framework respects the topography—high in the northwest and low in the southeast—seamlessly integrating the riverside leisure belt with high-density commercial and office functions.
