The project site has an irregular triangular shape, and the planning adopts a "dual-star model" that integrates both inward- and outward-facing functions to meet research and office needs while enhancing commercial value.

Inward-facing, the R&D center provides efficient office and research spaces, along with an exhibition area to showcase the company’s image and enrich internal functions. Outward-facing, the design incorporates diverse mixed-use functions to mitigate the risks of a single-use area, facilitating leasing and sales while ensuring value appreciation and revenue growth.

Inspired by the dynamic characteristics of tires, the building features an arc that tangentially meets the horizontal line, emphasizing fluidity while framing the lush mountain landscape in the background, creating a seamless blend of architecture and nature.

The two towers serve distinct internal and external functions while maximizing landscape views. Their form aligns with both the north-south orientation and the city's diagonal grid, shaping a cohesive urban interface. Street-facing commercial spaces enhance the area's vibrancy, while a setback at the street corner creates an open urban plaza, offering public space for interaction and relaxation. This holistic design approach ensures a dynamic, human-centric urban environment.
