This project uses the racing industry as a commercial engine, integrating agriculture, technology, ecology, tourism real estate, and other diverse industries to create a composite business-driven racing town. The goal is to use business as the primary driver for town development. The overall objective is to build an internationally renowned racing town with tourism distribution functions, becoming a regional hub for racing culture and a tourist destination.
The design concept emphasizes blending the natural landscape with the racing culture to create a racing tourism carnival, enhancing the visitor experience. Additionally, the project aims to establish an efficient, collaborative, and well-connected rural market complex to promote the joint development of agriculture and commerce. By creating a fresh, elegant, democratic, and harmonious public service center, the project will provide high-quality public spaces for both residents and tourists, enhancing the livability of the town.
The project also aims to build a "three-in-one" industrial support system, combining racing exhibitions, agricultural development, and ecological tourism, with the public service center as the guiding core, ensuring sustainable development and the coexistence of diverse industries.
The overall spatial layout is divided into four major functional areas: the racing area (including maintenance, sales, and exhibition functions), the ecological tourism support area, the rural market complex, and the public service center. The specific layout adopts a serrated planar topology, location-based management strategy, unit grouping, waterfront green system, and multi-scale courtyard landscape control system. This planning approach, combining a large framework with flexible small spaces, promotes the integration of diverse industries and creates a racing town with both commercial value and ecological features.
