The site is constrained by its narrow shape, with the main access point located on the northern urban arterial road. The terrain slopes from north to south, with a maximum elevation difference of approximately 12 meters. Effectively utilizing this elevation difference is a key aspect of the planning. The design emphasizes the uniqueness of the office model, creating a workspace that not only meets internal communication needs but also balances spatial hierarchy, integrating enclosed, tranquil office spaces with a multi-level terraced landscape.
The building layout follows a parallel arrangement, ascending gradually with the terrain to form a multi-tiered terrace system. The first terrace houses the main building’s entrance plaza and an underground parking lot, while the second terrace accommodates a sports field and a fire access turnaround. The main building is positioned on the northern first terrace, while the auxiliary building is located on the southern second terrace. This south-low, north-high layout optimizes natural lighting and ventilation.
The planning adopts a modern ecological architectural approach, incorporating environmental design techniques to create a serene, green, and sustainable office environment. The exterior integrates elements reflecting the energy and power industry, ensuring a balanced combination of functionality and aesthetics, ultimately shaping an efficient and comfortable modern office complex.
