This project is a super high-rise riverside park urban complex, integrating commerce, culture, offices, hotels, and ecological landscapes to create a dynamic regional engine. The design merges modern architecture with local environment, forming a vertical mixed-use community and shaping a new landmark for the riverside city.
Symbolized by the Gong’en Tower, the complex establishes a multi-functional urban system. The plan incorporates waterfront landscapes, an artificial lake, and rooftop parks, creating a poetic six-star hotel. Leveraging natural resources, it builds a waterfront tourism system, fostering a harmonious public space.
The spatial structure consists of an elliptical artificial lake, high-rise islands, courtyard-style commercial areas, and an urban park. The north section features high-rise buildings that house fine dining, banquet halls, shopping centers, and business exhibition spaces, divided into low-zone (financial offices), mid-zone (cultural and tech industries), and high-zone (luxury hotel). The south section includes a multi-layer commercial and cultural complex, with creative industries, publishing, startup spaces, shopping malls, department stores, and leisure sports facilities.
The overall plan seamlessly integrates ecology, commerce, and culture, shaping a modern yet locally inspired urban gateway, driving economic and social development in the riverside area.
