The project consists of two major plots, A and B, encompassing a farmers' market, resettlement housing, and street-front commercial spaces, creating a large-scale integrated community that combines commerce, residential living, and supporting facilities. The design follows high-standard planning and high-quality construction principles, incorporating regional characteristics to achieve harmonious coexistence between architecture and the environment.
Plot A is divided into two functional areas: the farmers' market and resettlement housing. The farmers' market is located on the western side, adjacent to two main roads, and consists of shops, a fresh market, storage areas, and commercial facilities, ensuring convenient access for businesses and customers. The resettlement housing is positioned on the eastern side, away from major roads, providing a quiet and comfortable living environment with scenic mountain views.
Plot B, situated along the city avenue, has strong commercial potential. It is planned for street-facing commercial and service facilities, enhancing the area's business vitality and complementing the community’s infrastructure.
The project adopts a modern Chinese architectural style, integrating sloped roofs with traditional Chinese elements. It utilizes materials such as stone, premium exterior paint, aluminum panels, and glass, blending cultural aesthetics with contemporary urban development. Building heights are strictly controlled to align with the Wenfeng Pagoda, surrounding residential areas, and the rolling mountain landscape, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing environment.
With a well-planned functional layout, the project balances commercial prosperity with residential comfort, aiming to create a modern, multifunctional, and livable integrated community.
