The design follows the natural terrain, linking hot spring hotels, hot spring parks, and riverfront children's play areas. Clustered residential communities and cultural towns support a diverse industrial chain, including handicraft workshops, tourism, dining, and lodging, promoting sustainable development.

The overall spatial structure is guided by a green corridor, maintaining ecological balance and enhancing landscape quality.
