On July 11, 2018, the A+Awards Architectural Design Awards announced the final list of the top five finalists in each category worldwide for the year 2018. The two works of Westline Studio, "Chetiancun Cultural Center" and "Longmen Cultural Center," ranked among the top five finalists in the global Architecture+Stone and Architecture+Concrete categories, respectively.
The final list of the top five finalists in each category of the 2018 A+Awards was selected by a global jury consisting of over 400 elite architects from around the world. The works shortlisted for the top five finalists worldwide will also be published in the Architizer journal, the A+Award podcast, and the "A+Architecture: The Best of Architizer" 2018 Global Best Architecture Annual Collection published by the renowned Phaidon Publishing House.
The A+Awards is one of the most internationally influential architectural design awards, organized by the renowned professional media Architizer and co organized by internationally renowned media such as The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. The Copenhagen Superkilen Park and Danish Maritime Museum designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm BIG, the Antwerp Port Building and Salerno Maritime Terminal designed by Zaha Hadid, the Norwegian Wild Reindeer Center Observation Hall and Faena District designed by OMA, and the Chanel "Crystal House" designed by MVRDV have all won the A+Awards.
