Drawing upon the site’s natural topography with a 20-meter elevation change, the design establishes a generative logic centered on terraced grading. By integrating underground garages and stilt floors into the terrain, the project minimizes earthwork costs while constructing an isomorphic spatial system that balances programmatic zoning and pedestrian-vehicular separation: commercial interfaces are anchored along the streets, while residential units retreat into secluded, quiet zones.

Under this framework, the north-south oriented building forms permeate with a "point-line-plane" greenery network, transforming the original river landscape into a large-scale ecological core. Through the integrated application of barrier-free systems and high-performance building envelopes, the design seamlessly embeds green energy-saving technologies and community amenities into daily life. Here, the strategy of site-specific construction engages in a dialogue with scientific residential planning, collectively shaping a demonstrative settlement that harmonizes ecological efficiency with living quality.
